"william goes fishing"

"william goes fishing", mixed media, 27 x 14 diam a little sculpture in a kilner jar. made to hang in the walthamstow wetlands, along with 149 others, as part of their opening exhibition, it's a representation of a cartoon of William Morris drawn by Gabriell Rossetti. It depicts Morris engaging in his favourite pastime, fishing, but getting distracted by his poetry and ignoring the fish and wildlife around him.
